Privacy
This statement describes what data is collected when you visit marsovius.com and how that data is used. It is written in plain language and reflects the operating practice of the house.
Visiting the site
The site uses Plausible Analytics, an EU-hosted, cookieless analytics service. Plausible records aggregated counts of page views, the route visited, and a coarse category of arrival source (direct, search, social, link). No cookies are set. No persistent identifier is stored on your device. No individual visitor is tracked across sessions.
No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, Hotjar, Segment, Mixpanel, or comparable third-party tracker is loaded.
Requesting an audience
When you submit the audience-request form, the following fields are transmitted to the routing inbox indicated by the nature of your request: your name, organization, role, jurisdiction, the nature of the request, the address for correspondence you provide, and any optional description you include. A record of the submission is retained in an EU-hosted database for twenty-four (24) months from receipt, then automatically deleted unless flagged as part of an active customer relationship.
Lawful basis
Aggregated analytics is processed on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in measuring the reach of an informational website without compromising the privacy of the visitor. Form submissions are processed on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), expressed by your act of submission, and on pre-contractual measures at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection regarding any personal data processed about you. To exercise any of these rights, write to privacy@marsovius.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of your member state.
